Platform Terms of Use

These terms establish the legal framework for accessing and using our quality control automation services.

1. Object of Services

The platform provides digital tools for integrating precision sensors and testing robots into industrial production lines. Services include real-time calibration monitoring, compliance report generation, and technical alert management.

Access to platform features is subscription-based, according to the plan chosen by the client. Each subscription includes a limited number of simultaneous equipment connections and a storage capacity for test data.

2. User Rights and Obligations

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and to update any changes to contact data. The created account is personal and non-transferable.

It is forbidden to use the platform for:

  • manipulating or falsifying test data;
  • unauthorized access to other users' accounts;
  • uploading software or files that may affect system integrity.

The user is responsible for the security of their password and for all actions performed under their account.

3. Provider Rights and Obligations

The provider undertakes to maintain platform functionality at the technical parameters specified in the official documentation, except during scheduled maintenance periods or force majeure events.

The provider is not liable for manufacturing errors or non-conformities of finished products resulting from incorrect use of equipment connected to the platform. Test data is provided "as is," without implied warranties of absolute accuracy in uncontrolled environments.

The provider reserves the right to modify the technical specifications of the platform, with prior notice to users at least 30 days in advance.

4. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of the provider for any direct damage resulting from the use of the platform is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

The provider is not liable for indirect damages, including production losses, business interruptions, or additional recalibration costs, even if informed of the possibility of their occurrence.

The user is solely responsible for operational decisions based on data provided by the platform.

5. Data Confidentiality and Security

Test data and equipment configurations are treated confidentially, according to the privacy policy available on the website. The provider implements technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access.

The provider may use anonymized data to improve calibration algorithms and for internal statistical reporting.

6. Duration and Termination of Contract

The contract is concluded for the duration of the chosen subscription and is automatically renewed, unless the user notifies their intention not to renew at least 14 days before expiration.

The provider may suspend or terminate access immediately, without prior notice, in case of serious breach of the terms of use, including fraud or attempts to compromise platform security.

Upon termination of the contract, user data is retained for a period of 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

7. Modification of Terms

The provider may update these terms at any time, notifying users by email or through the platform, at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. In case of disagreement, the user may request termination of the contract without penalties.

8. Contact and Dispute Resolution

For questions regarding these terms, users can contact the legal team at info@clinicallabautomation.com or at the postal address: P-ța Padiș no. 319, bl. C, floor 2, apt. 32.
